When a buzzer makes a sound that is not a crisp, simple beep, we call it a murmur, or a crack,
The causes of buzzer noise can be divided into two possible ways.
Improper usage:
High voltage given to the buzzer: making the diaphragm knock on other parts of the interior, producing the sound of the parts hitting,
The frequencies used are incorrect: if the frequency is not set to the rated frequencies, such as 2730 Hz, it is easy for the user to have abnormal sounds when given 2400 Hz, especially in the 10% range before the rated frequencies.
Poor quality:
Diaphragm ectopic: Electromagnetic buzzer diaphragm is "put" rather than adhere to the stent, so it may be because of intense external force to make the diaphragm run out of the fixed point, and cause noise.
Intrusion of foreign bodies: in the assembly of buzzers, or the user's production line processing, if there is small iron powder, iron chips into the buzzer inside, will also cause noise.
After switching on the power supply, the audio signal current generated by the oscillator passes through the electromagnetic coil, causing the electromagnetic coil to produce a magnetic field. The vibration diaphragm acts on the interaction between the electromagnetic coil and the magnet.
