Composition of buzzer:
The buzzer is made of lead zirconate titanate or lead magnesium niobate piezoelectric ceramic materials. Silver electrodes are plated on both sides of the ceramic sheet. After polarization and aging treatment, they are bonded with brass sheet or stainless steel sheet.
Principle of buzzer:
Buzzer is based on the principle of piezoelectric effect. When alternating voltage is applied to it, it will produce mechanical vibration; On the contrary, when mechanical force is applied to it, it will also produce voltage signal. Therefore, the piezoelectric ceramic buzzer can be used as a vibration sensor. The voltage signal generated by piezoelectric ceramic buzzer under mechanical force is very weak. Generally, it should be connected to voltage amplifier when it is used as vibration sensor.
