Piezoelectric ceramic buzzer is a kind of device used in piezoelectric ceramic. Relatively common is titanium and piezoelectric ceramic sheet (PZT) made of zirconium and lead oxide after sintering. Since human ears are sensitive to 3khz audio signals, the resonant frequency of buzzer sheet is usually designed to be around 3khz during production. In order to improve the low frequency response, double diaphragm structure is generally adopted.
Application
Piezoelectric ceramic beep film application and supporting electronic clock, car horn, acoustics, communications, remote sensing, calculators, electronic toys and other products.
Detection method A mechanical watch is used to check the quality of the beeping plates of piezoelectric ceramics. Hold two markers in your right hand. The red one is attached to the metal sheet. The black one is placed across the surface of the buzzer. Then the left thumb and forefinger slightly pressed and then relaxed, and the buzzer produced two voltage signals of opposite polarity successively, causing the pointer to swing back to zero, then to swing back to zero, and the swing range was about 0.1~0.15v.
If the position of the pen is changed, the order of pointer swing is: swing to the left, swing to the right, and then swing to the right. Under the same pressure, the larger the pointer swing, the more sensitive the buzzer. If the pointer is not moving, electrical leakage or damage is indicated inside the buzzer. The power capacity of fengming tablet can be measured directly by digital capacitive meter, which should be within the range of 0.005~0.02 inverted v.
